It is now possible to submit your result cards online. This is accomplished by filling in a result form directly on the website. If you wish to do this for your team or club please send a request using the contact form. Please include your username so I can enable the correct priviliges on your account. If you do not have an account create one here.
Results sent by email, the contact form or text will NOT be accepted. Using the form automatically checks the result for integrity and rule infringements.
The system still needs testing so you MUST send in the card for verification. However, once any issues are resolved, from next season, it may no longer be necessary to send in cards by post.
Here is a quick reminder of the rule changes that were approved at the AGM.
1) Scoring has changed PAR (American) scoring to 15. At 14-all a
player must win by two clear points. eg. 16-14, 22-20 etc. It is still
best of 5 games. This applys to all divisions.
2) Players cannot be brought into a team above the first nominated
player. (ie a reserve player must be below the standard of the first
nominated player for that team and slot in place appropriately - the
intent of this rule is to discourage strengthening of teams using
reserve players)
3) Team nominations can be changed over the Christmas break. Check the
rules for the exact dates.
4) Peter Kramer Cup Games are THREE players.

Now is a good time to send in your player nominations for next season. You need to send three players per team except the lowest team.
Please note that results will NOT be published until ALL nominations have been received.
The Annual General Meeting with be held at 7:30pm on Wednesday 8th June 2011 at Abbeydale. Items for discussion should reach Martin Roberts by 31st May 2011.
The Fixtures Meeting will be held at 7:30pm on Wednesday 22nd June 2011 at Abbeydale.
